What is the fee per order?+
No platform fee — only the real blockchain network fee for the network you choose. The final payable amount is shown before you confirm — nothing is added later.
How is the USDT rate decided?+
Our desk updates the INR/USDT rate continuously based on market conditions. The rate is locked the moment you create your order.
Networks
Which networks are supported?+
USDT on TRC20 (Tron), BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) and ERC20 (Ethereum). Each network has its own minimum and fee, shown live in the calculator.
What if I choose the wrong network?+
USDT sent on the wrong network can be lost permanently. We validate your address format and warn about mismatches, but always confirm your wallet supports the selected network.
Payments
How do I pay?+
After creating an order, pay the exact amount via UPI/IMPS to the details shown, then submit your UTR / reference number. Our team verifies the payment.
My order expired. What now?+
Orders expire if no payment reference is submitted in time. If you paid but the order expired, open a support ticket from the order page with your UTR — we will resolve it.
How do refunds work?+
If we cannot complete your order after payment, the full amount is refunded to the source account. You'll see the status change to Refunded with a notification.
Delivery
How long until USDT arrives?+
Most orders settle within 10 minutes of payment verification. Track live status anytime with your order ID.

Why do I need verification?+
Verification keeps the platform safe and compliant. Verified users get faster processing and can use Buy Again.
